The main floor consists of 2 Queen sized bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 dens, and a laundry room. The second floor consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a playroom, steam shower, jacuzzi tub, and crib. Enjoy the fresh air on the bluestone patio with park-like grounds overlooking the private salt-water pool. A separate covered grill room/pool house, outdoor shower, and Pottery Barn furniture and umbrellas for the patio and pool are available. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Quick access to Greenport Village, the town center, wineries, farm stands, the beach, and so much more!

Cannot Recommend More Highly!

We were Michelle’s first Airbnb rental so we were slightly nervous with no prior reviews to guide us, but that quickly went away because Michelle is one of the most communicative and loveliest hosts we have had the pleasure of renting from. The home itself is more beautiful than the photos do justice. The pool is clean and very well taken care of. The way the house is set up, it’s perfect for 2 or 3 families to stay, each with their own area. I cannot recommend both Michelle and her home more highly and we will be back!

We Will Be Coming Back for Sure!

We stayed for a week in Michelle’s home and it couldn’t have been better. The house is incredible and the pictures don’t even do it justice. We will be coming back for sure, it’s a perfect location for all the North Fork has to offer, including being about a minute from Osprey’s Dominion and the Greenport Brewery. Can’t wait to go back.

Gorgeous North Fork Home

We had a wonderful time staying in Michelle’s gorgeous home in the North Fork. We have a 2.5 yr old daughter, so this house was the perfect mix of child-safe/fun while also being modern with a designer kitchen. We absolutely loved having the pool and the ability to heat it (it is something that the renter has to pay, so ended up being ~250 for 2 weeks bc we used it a bit). Amazing playroom that our daughter LOVED. Plus a top-notch grill out back w/ covered patio that’s amazing to hang on. Very few bugs too and perfectly landscaped lawn. The area is amazing, with so many wineries, farm stands and then the bay beach (sandy... about 15 mins away to New Suffolk) or the close by sound beach. Our favorite places out were Lenz Winery (serves food!), Ospreys Dominion, One Woman (smaller with an amazing story), GreenPort Brewery, and almost next door is Catapano Goat Farm that has the most delicious goat cheese and you can also feed the goats dandelions. So much fun stuff to do! Thank you Michelle for being very responsive and considerate of all of our questions! We hope to come back soon.

Relaxing Escape

Michelle’s home in Peconic was absolutely wonderful and the perfect relaxing escape from NYC that we needed. The home is beautiful, clean and well-appointed and the backyard and pool is just lovely! Michelle was a great host and very communicative. We can’t wait to find a chance to come back!

Family Get Away

This North Fork home is the perfect place for a family get away. Plenty of room for each person, but also a cozy living room for all to be together. The house is in perfect condition, the beds are comfortable and kitchen well stocked for cooking and baking. And the steam shower in the master bathroom is not to be missed! Michelle is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The location is ideal - so tucked away and peaceful, yet only 5-10 mins drive to pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. Could not give a higher recommendation and hope I'll have the chance to return!
