WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Useful information to make the most of your stay
Important information for your Reservation, Check-In, and Check-Out Times:
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM
Deposit/Payment
• Payment by check only is required to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
• 40% of payment is due upfront to secure the dates and the balance (60%) is due 60 days before you’re arrival.
• A security deposit of $2,500 is also required. Details will be included in your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in *unless dates are rebooked by another guest*.
House Rules
• Guest(s) will have to sign a rental agreement and house rules
• Guest(s) must reimburse for any propane used to heat the pool should they choose to use the pool heater
• Pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day
• Photo ID required
• No pets allowed
• No smoking, parties, or events allowed
