DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
Payment by check only is required to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed. 40% of payment is due upfront to secure the dates and the balance (60%) is due 60 days before you’re arrival. A security deposit of $2,500 is also required. Details will be included in your confirmation email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made within 60 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, refunds will be based upon rebooking with another guest.
Once the reservation has commenced no refunds or partial refunds are given. For this purpose, check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM
COVID 19 POLICY
We recommend guests be vaccinated and tested before their stay. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance that will cover COVID-19 related concerns. Please carefully review your policy to understand its coverage.
